Weda N600

The N600 was developed in collaboration with the nuclear industry, and has been used extensively across the UK for over 30 years.

This proven design has undergone continual refinement & improvement.

All components that could not be replaced with bespoke machined stainless steel are sealed under tough layers of protective epoxy.

Using the N600 allows for the thorough removal of sediment and debris from the underwater storage areas, with thick brushes that scrub the sediment free before being pumping away for recovery and treatment.

This ability has proved to be an essential tool, throughout the decommissioning of the legacy ponds.

Resulting in a significant reduction in contamination levels.

The N600 allows operators to complete these tasks whilst minimising radiation exposure, as the cleaner remains completely submerged during use.

This is a great advantage over the manual cleaning methods previously employed.
