Weda YT800
The YT800 is a remote controlled submersible vehicle developed for the cleaning of large underwater surfaces such as sand filters (slow filter) or the bottom of large reservoirs without the need to empty.
The area to be cleaned can remain in use whilst the YT800 is cleaning thus giving lower costs without any loss of production or distribution capacity.
One person can easily operate a YT800 cleaner via a hand held radio control.
It can also be equipped with underwater cameras to allow the operator to run the machine from a distance, such as inside an operating room in bad weather.
Each YT800 is equipped with a powerful pump for pumping the sediment to a designated point of discharge such as an on site sludge treatment station.
Having only electrical motors, there are no hazardous oils or chemicals that may pollute or damage the filter.
